SHIPPING INFORMATION
Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers across the world every day, and we strive to provide you with services of the highest level.
The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: 1-2 days
- Shipping time: 1-3 days in Europe and 3-7 days outside the EU.
FYI: Orders placed on Friday after 12pm est. will be shipped the following Monday. We do not ship order on national holiday
Shipping methods:
- Within the EU: UPS (United Parcel Service)
- Outside the EU: DHL International
Shipping fee: Free worldwide shipping
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website.
Delivery Timeframes
While we aim to deliver within the specified timeframe, please note that actual delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, such as customs processing times, local postal service delays, and other unforeseen circumstances.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
PHILLIARD LIMITED is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Incorrect Address
We are not responsible for orders not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Please ensure that all shipping information is correct before finalizing your order.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package is damaged or lost during transit, please contact us at contact@ugg-scape.com as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
